I’ve been with the Charles, Garland & Harris Agency
since 1975. Making sure that our clients are provided
the best service possible is my primary concern. Our
staff makes this job a very easy one. I have enjoyed
living and working in Alamogordo and have tried to give
back to the community. Some of my memberships,
activities and honors include: Grace United Methodist
Church, Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce and Committee of
50, Otero County Economic Development Council, Rotary,
1991 Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year, 1998-99
Helen Kirk Award and 1998 Friend of the College. I have
served as a Commissioner on the New Mexico Commission of
Higher Education and am Past President of the New Mexico
Amigos. I enjoy photography, travel and New Mexico. |

Pennsylvanian by birth, New Mexican by choice! Since
1984 Alamogordo has been home. I've been with the Agency
since 1992 and have had the opportunity to work with our
business community providing all types of business
insurance including employee benefits and retirement
plans. I have had the privilege to also volunteer in
many ways serving on the board of directors for the
United Way, Boys & Girls Club, White Sands Rotary and
the Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy working with our
customers and our staff. |

I have lived in Alamogordo for most of my life where my
husband (Jack) and I plan to raise our three wonderful
children. I became a part of the Charles, Garland &
Harris Agency in 1997 and have thoroughly enjoyed the
knowledge I have gained here. I have earned my CISR
(Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation
and am currently working on my CIC (Certified Insurance
Counselor) designation. I have been a licensed agent
since May 2001. |

I was born and
raised here in Alamogordo for the first eight years of
my life. My family and I have lived in Colorado for the
last 13 years. I just recently got married to my
husband, Jake and have moved back to Alamogordo. We are
happy to be living in the Land of Enchantment. I came
into Charles, Garland and Harris as the receptionist in
2005 and currently I'm enjoying my position as a
Personal Lines CSR (Customer Service Representative). I

I have lived in
Alamogordo all of my life. My husband, David and I
raised our two sons, Steven and Anthony here. I have
been employed with Charles, Garland and Harris Agency
since 2004. I was hired as the receptionist and moved up
to a Personal Lines CSR position. I have gained
experience and knowledge and strive to meet our
customer's needs.

property and casualty insurance agent and have been

1982. I earned my CISR(Certified Insurance Service
Representative) designation in 2002. I am a commercial
lines service representative and also work the
accounting for the agency as well as serve as office
manager. In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening,
and traveling and fishing with my husband.

have been employed with Charles, Garland & Harris Agency
since 1988, received my CISR (Certified Insurance
Service Representative) designation in 1994, my CIC
(Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 2000 and
was awarded the Customer Service Representative for the
state of New Mexico in 1999. I have lived in this area
all my life and support community activities such as
United Way, a member of Kiwanis Club of Alamogordo, a
member of several local volunteer fire departments as an
EMT and a member of The First Assembly Worship Center
volunteering in many activities with the children in the
church. I enjoy working in the commercial lines and look

I grew up in
Alamogordo and appreciate hometown pride. I raised two
loving sons here. I am a grandmother of two beautiful
children as well. I am pleased to be a part of Charles,
Garland & Harris Agency because I know they treat their
customers with the utmost respect and professionalism.
As the receptionist, I am looking forward to serving the
Tularosa Basin and the surrounding area as a part of the
agency. My motto is “Treat people the way I like to be
treated”. Being in customer service for over 15 years, I
found this to be very important. With my free time, I
like to play with my grandchildren who are both under 5
years old. I have a love for family, friends,
photography and music.
